Product items to be returned as authorized must not have been worn, washed or altered and should have been purchased within thirty days. They must also contain the original product tags. Cost to return product to TSLG is the customer’s responsibility and any shipping credit will be issued as appropriate and approved. A return Authorization # will be issued and should be written on the return box and on a copy of the original order. Appropriate credit will be issued within 10 days after receipt by TSLG.

If an ordered item is temporarily out of stock, it will be put on back order and shipped to you as soon as possible, at no shipping charge to you. You will receive notice by email or identified on the order packing slip identifying the back order situation.  Most back orders are filled within two weeks.
